Title: Article: Demand Grows for Niche Translators
Body: From http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-trash-girl16-2009nov16,0,5579934.story Demand grows for niche translators By Tina Susman November 16, 2009 Abigail Dahlberg realized she was a success a few years ago while explaining her unusual specialty -- translating documents about waste- management issues from German into English -- to a wide-eyed listener. In the burgeoning world of translators and interpreters (translators deal with written documents, interpreters with the spoken word) it's all about the niche.
