The 9th annual meeting of LANSI will take place at Columbia University on Friday and Saturday October 11-12, 2019. This meeting will bring together scholars and students who are interested in analyzing naturally-occurring data within the area of language and social interaction. The abstracts should be related to conversation analysis, interactional sociolinguistics, linguistic anthropology, and critical discourse analysis. 

Deadline for abstract submission is June 15, 2019.
