Sarah Le Pichon, a PhD student in French Studies, has written a concise but idea-packed article about inclusive pedagogy in language classrooms: how to make all of your students comfortable in your class, including trans- and gender non-conforming students and students with different races and identities. Although the context she uses in her example is post-secondary, her considerations are good to think about for any teaching context.
