WABE’s Dual Language and OCDE Project GLAD® Special Interest Groups are pleased to announce the Winter Institute in Vancouver, Washington, focused on highly effective models and strategies for dual language education. Keynote speakers and presenters will focus on:

• Effective models and strategies for dual language programs
• Integration of OCDE Project GLAD in dual language programming
