Title | Improving Self-Assessment, One LinguaFolio at a Time |

Partnering with the National Council of State Supervisors for Languages (NCSSFL) and the National Foreign Language Center (NFLC), we developed an online version of the well-researched and well-piloted portfolio system called LinguaFolio. More than six years later, we’re still working to improve self-assessment and to make LinguaFolio Online an even more friendly portfolio system. We’re excited about our most recent round of improvements, including:
We hope that these improvements will streamline instructors’ experiences and make the tool even easier to incorporate into the curriculum. For those with STARTALK programs, 2014 will bring special updates designed to make your job as a program director and instructor a little easier. We’ve simplified the registration process, so you’ll no longer have to deal with those pesky codes. You’ll soon have the ability to:

Beginning in 2014, students in STARTALK programs will have a simplified view showing only the CanDo statements included in the program's curriculum template.
