All levels are welcome, from beginners to fluent! Some natives often come and talk to everyone at their own pace. All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Native speakers often join and talk to everyone at their own pace. Members of both organizations who are native speakers or who speak French at an advanced or intermediate level of competency are invited to participate. The topics will be drawn from current events described in the newspaper Le Figaro. This conversation group will meet in the 12th floor meeting room of the Mercantile Library on the final Thursday of each month from noon until 1PM. Participants are asked to read the first article listed on the website of Le Figaro (www.lefigaro.fr) in the Tuesday morning edition before the meeting. A native speaker from the Alliance Française will facilitate the discussion on this topic.
