| Body | From http://tltc.la.utexas.edu/tltc Aswaat Arabiyya "Arabic Voices" is a web site designed for learners and teachers of Arabic seeking materials for listening comprehension. Aswaat Arabiyya provides listening materials and accompanying activities that are intended for the various levels of proficiency from Novice to Superior. These listening materials have been selected from television stations throughout the Arab world and they treat a wide variety of topics and listening genres. Each listening unit contains a segment ranging in length between one and ten minutes along with pre-listening, listening and post-listening questions and activities. The questions are presented in PDF format so as to allow learners and teachers to use them for in-class or homework activities.
