| Body | From http://linguistlist.org/issues/20/20-1572.html The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL, www.actfl.org), an organization dedicated to the teaching and learning of all languages in the United States since the 1960s, is currently recruiting native speakers or near native speakers of the languages listed below to train as Oral Proficiency Interviewers (to evaluate the level of fluency of another individual in a particular language). This is contract work which is perfect for freelancers, but can also be performed around a regular job with a minimum weekly commitment. Training is ON-SITE in White Plains, NY, but actual work is performed remotely with a land line and a connection to Internet.
