| Body | From http://flavaweb.org Foreign Language teachers who are interested in applying for a subsidy grant for National Board Certification in World Languages are invited to submit the 2009 FLAVA Subsidy Grant Application to the FLAVA Awards Committee Chairperson. Applications must be received by September 25, 2009. FLAVA will award 5 subsidy grants in the amount of $500.00 each. The subsidy will be paid directly to the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards for those applicants selected.
