Successful candidates should possess native or near-native proficiency in all skill areas of Chinese and English, hold at least an M.A. degree in language pedagogy or related field, and have teaching experience at the college level, linguistic knowledge of Chinese language, and familiarity with current theories in second language acquisition and language pedagogy.
