An overview of the Institutes is provided below. Training of Trainers Institutes February 24-26, 2009 May 18-20, 2009 What’s Different Training of Trainers Institutes are designed for trainers to use this curriculum to provide professional development for educators who teach reading in classes with English language learners. Direct Strategies Institutes June 23-25, 2009 July 21-23, 2009 What's Different Direct Strategies Institutes are designed to help teachers provide effective reading strategies for English language learners.
