They can express their views in a one-minute video and teachers can easily upload the video to enter their students in the contest. Students over 18 years of age can enter on their own. Contest Theme: Languages for Life!! Contest Deadlines: Contest opens September 26, 2008. The video submission deadline is December 1, 2008.
