| Title | 2nd Annual CSIET Global Classroom Awards |
| Body | From http://www.actfl.org/i4a/pages/headlinedetails.cfm?id=249 The October 15th deadline for the 2nd Annual Council on Standards for International Educational Travel Global Classroom Awards is fast approaching. CSIET conducts this annual awards program to recognize schools that actively support international youth exchange. The winning schools will each receive a $1,000 scholarship for one of its students to study abroad or equivalent funds to be put toward increasing school-wide international awareness. One representative from each of the winning schools will be invited to the 2009 National School Conference on International Youth Exchange in Hartford, Connecticut (February 27-28, 2009) and receive complementary registration, one night accommodation, and airfare to take part.
