| Body | From http://www.cs.indiana.edu/~gasser/FSA A Workshop on Linguistic Rights in the Americas will be part of the Americas Social Forum in Guatemala, October 7-12, 2008. In the Workshop on Linguistic Rights in the Americas, participants will share their experiences with successful and unsuccessful struggles for indigenous and minority language rights in different contexts within the Americas. The final goal is a proposal for a set of concrete actions that participants can carry out following the meeting, including in particular various sorts of future collaboration.
