| Body | From http://www.nnell.org NNELL 2008 Summer Institute Empowering Teacher Leaders Through the Implementation of Content-Based Best Practices, Pre-K-8 July 11-14 Ames, Iowa NNELL is proud to announce its fourth consecutive Summer Institute. Dr. Helena Anderson Curtain, one of NNELL’s Founding Members, will present a one and a half day workshop on Content-Based Best Practices. Dr. Scott Hamilton, School Psychologist from the Park Tudor School in Indianapolis, Indiana, will present his findings on the brain and second language learning. This institute is offered for free to the first twenty-five qualifying state and regional reps. It is offered on a paid basis to NNELL members in good standing.
