| Body | Elementary World Language Programs Information and Networking Session Date: May 07, 2008 Time: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Organizer: Debbie Robinson, ODE World Languages Consultant Location: State Library of Ohio, Room D, 274 East First Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201 Do you currently have an elementary world language program or are you thinking of starting one? This information and networking session for administrators and curriculum directors will help districts implement the Foreign Language Advisory Council’s recommendations concerning early language learning.* Early language specialists from ODE and the field will provide ideas and resources, and facilitate the networking session. Registration in STARS is available now. There is no cost for participation, but space is limited to the first 70 people who register. Limit two people per district, please. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 7. Registration will open at 9 a.m. The program will run from 9:30-1 p.m. at the State Library of Ohio, Room D, 274 East First Avenue, Columbus, OH, 43201.
