| Title | Praxis Pilot Sites Needed |
| Body | ETS, along with a national Advisory Committee and ACTFL representatives, is currently redesigning the Praxis Series for Beginning teachers and needs your feedback! These are new assessments used in licensing entry-level foreign languages teachers. Critical to the validity of these new Praxis test series is research into the psychometric properties of all test questions. Therefore, a pilot study will be conducted in December 2008 to obtain feedback and data on new item prototypes. By making your institution available as an official pilot site, you and your students will have unique insights into the expectations of teacher licensure assessments. Completing these designed questions is an excellent preparation for an assessment that will be critical to your students' effort to become licensed teachers!
