| Body | From: NCELA The OELA Summit of 2003 (December 2-4) will include a special component for parents of English Language Learners (ELL's) on the rights, responsibilities, and opportunities provided under Title III of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). Through the members of The National Coalition for Parent Involvement in Education (NCPIE), a notice has been disseminated to local, state, and national organizations to give strong consideration to the sponsorship of one or more parent-delegates to the Summit.
