| Body | From http://nflrc.msu.edu/login/scripts/workshop.php?id=45 The National East Asian Languages Resource Center and the Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures at the Ohio State University offer summer programs - SPEAC in (1) intensive Chinese 1, and Japanese 1, 2, and 4 (June 18 - August 17, 2007) at undergraduate level; and (2) teacher training in Chinese and Japanese (June 18 - August 2, 2007) at graduate level. Programs are held in Columbus, Ohio. Students will receive 15 credits if they finish all required courses. Each course is equivalent in content to one quarter of a regular-tracking course. The 15 credits can be transferred to the related academic programs. SPEAC offers scholarships to the students in the Teacher Training Programs based on their qualifications and merit.
