| Title | Fulbright Teacher Exchange in Argentina for Administrators |
| Body | From http://www.fulbrightexchanges.org/View/ViewOtherOpps.asp Work with Administrator-colleagues in Argentina 2007-08 U.S. school administrators at the elementary, middle, and high school levels (principals, assistant principals, District-level administrators, etc.) are invited to apply for an opportunity to participate in a two-way Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program with Argentina. The program would begin with U.S. administrators hosting an Argentine administrator for three weeks in November 2007. U.S. administrators would then travel to Argentina for three weeks in July 2008 to work-shadow their exchange partner. Spanish fluency is preferred, but not required. DATES: 1) November 2007* –U.S. administrators host Argentine exchange partner for three weeks. 2) 13 July - 2 August, 2008 (tentative) -- U.S. administrators travel to Argentina for three weeks. *Specific dates to be determined AWARD: U.S. grantees on this program will receive round-trip economy airfare from the airport nearest grantee’s home and a cost of living stipend while in Argentina (airfare + living stipend = $3000), as well as orientation in Buenos Aires and home-stay with Argentine partner or other home-stay housing. DEADLINE: Final deadline for all applications - May 11, 2007. (However, priority in the selection process will be given to those who apply between January and March 30, 2007.)
