It is the first step in the ACTFL OPI Tester Certification process and it is open to teaching professionals who are affiliated with academic institutions as defined by ACTFL. An undergraduate degree in a field related to the teaching of languages and a minimal proficiency level of Advanced are assumed for workshop participants.
