TitleNew Listservs for Teachers of Less Commonly Taught Languages

The LCTL (Less Commonly Taught Languages) Project at CARLA (Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition) has established three new email lists for LCTL teachers: SEE-T (South East European language teachers), TAMIL-T, and INDONESIAN-T. These lists join the other lists: LCTL-T (for all LCTL teachers), CELTIC-T, DUTCH-T, HEBREW-T, HINDI-T, ITALIAN-T, KOREAN-T, NORDIC-T, POLISH-T, and PORTUGUESE-T. The purpose of all these electronic forums is to further cooperation and cooperation among teachers of these languages. Announcements and discussions about job opportunities, teaching methods, grants, current language usage, summer courses and workshops, LCTLs in the news are a few of the many topics recently covered.
