| Title | Recommended Book by Non-Native English Speaker |
| Body | A recent request to the TESL listserv for recommendations of books written by non-native speakers about living in the US received the following suggestion. ---- I found a gem of a book called "From a Town on the Hudson: A Japanese Woman's Life in America" by Yuko Koyano. The text level appears to be appropriate for intermediate learners. The book is about 109 pages long, a small hardcover edition available from Tuttle Publications, Japan. I bought my copy as a remainder in a San Francisco bookstore. However, you can find several low-cost copies on Amazon and Abebooks.com. Anthony, M.
