The conference programme will include plenary sessions and parallel sessions. The keynote speakers of the conference will be: David Crabbe, Victoria University, Wellington and Cynthia White, Massey University, Palmerston North. Papers related to the following areas of interest are invited: -the classroom L2 learner; -the adult L2 learner; -the child L2 learner; -the independent L2 learner (e.g. self-access, distance learning); -learner autonomy; -individual differences; -learners' beliefs and perceptions.
