| Body | We are pleased to announce that the 4th International Postgraduate Conference in Linguistics and Language Teaching will take place at the University of Çukurova (Turkey) on 15th-16th December 2006. The conference is supposed to provide postgraduate students with the opportunity to present their studies and to share ideas and opinions. The conference covers but is not limited to the following areas: - Linguistics - First and Second Language Acquisition - English Language Teaching - Literature in the ELT context - Discourse Analysis - Young Learners - Bilingualism / Multilingualism - Sociolinguistics - Psycholinguistics - Pragmatics - Stylistics - Phonology - Translation Applications and abstracts must be received by 15 September 2006.
