| Body | Region 5 Media Center of the Department of Education in New York City has uploaded a staff development segment on using the Internet as comprehensible input in the world langauge classroom featuring Eva Fernandez of Queens College. Anyone can download this segment by loging on to iTunes.com and searching "TECH IN FIVE". The segment is called "Technology Foreign Langauge Classroom". There is no charge for this download. If you do not have iTunes, you can also download this segment by visiting the Region 5 website at www.region5nyc.org and clicking on to the "Tech in Five" tab. Scalera, D. The podcast is a 13 minute video program which describes an interactive webquest based on the following site: http://callejero.paginasamarillas.es/home.asp . The download is large (76.2 mg - so you do not want to use a modem to download the file) and is in the m4v format which means it basically needs either QuickTime or iTunes which incorporates Quick Time to watch the program.
