FUBiS, the International Summer University of Freie Universitaet Berlin, offers academic courses in various fields of study plus German Language courses on five levels. Term I: June 3 July 15, 2006 Term II: July 22 August 19, 2006 Selected courses taught in German: - German Theater Production Preparation / Rehearsal / Staging - Travel Reports from the Reich - How international writers saw Germany between 1933 and 1945 - German Exile Literature Thomas Mann, Bertolt Brecht, Theodor W. Adorno - Metropolis Berlin in Literature and Culture - Business German speaking, writing and understanding German in business and work situations - German Language Courses on five levels Both Terms; Contact Hours 108-180, Credits 6-8 FUBiS is fully authorized to grant credits which students transfer to their home universities. Course tuition ranges from 750 1.550 , depending on the length and intensity of the courses.
