| Body | From http://www.ncela.gwu.edu/newsline/archives/2006/02/call_for_papers_7.html The University of Western Ontario Ontario, CA October 20-22, 2006 Abstract deadline: March 20, 2006 The University of Western Ontario will host the Hispanic Linguistics Symposium, October 20-22, 2006, a special event addressing the acquisition of Spanish, Portuguese, and other Iberian or Latin American languages. Papers of original and unpublished research are invited on all aspects in the domains of theoretical linguistics, sociolinguistics, and language acquisition of Spanish, Portuguese, or other Iberian languages. Submission Guidelines Authors must include the following information in abstracts: 1. Name(s) of author(s) 2. Title of talk 3. Area of specialization 4. Affiliation(s) 5. E-mail address(es) 6. Postal address(es) Abstracts must be submitted as a PDF file and sent as an attachement to joycebg@uwo.ca. Use "Special Session on Contact" in the subject header and include the information in (1-6), which should constitute the body of the message. All fonts must be embedded. Submissions are limited to one individual or joint abstract per author.
