TitleInformation on Post-Secondary Foreign Language Education Legislation
Body
Regarding foreign language in education and more specifically in post-secondary education, you can go to the JNCL website, http://www.languagepolicy.org, where they have the information about the current national initiatives and proposed legislation for foreign language learning. There is currently a great number of articles on the importance of languages and the funding bills making their way through Congress.

An additional source of information that is getting a lot of attention is international education. A great site for information on that topic is http://www.InternationalEd.org .

The Asia Society has two reports out that might also be helpful. http://www.internationaled.org/statespreparefortheglobalage.htm

In a similar document, the Asia Society directly addresses educational leadership in an article found at http://www.internationaled.org/educatingleaders.htm .
