| Body | Here are some ideas recently posted to the FLTEACH listserv for finding soundfiles (with and without vocals), lyrics (French and English), and other information about "La Marseillaise." La Marseillaise - audio files http://old.marseillaise.org/francais/audio.html http://marseillaise.org/english/audio.html ---- I like to show the part in the film "Casablanca" where the customers at Rick's cafe sing the Marseillaise, drowning out the German soldiers. If you show a little bit before the actual singing, the students can sense the emotion in the singing of the anthem. (They also want to rent the movie to see more of it!) Porto, K.
