TitleNew Listserv for Italian Teachers
Body
The LCTL project at the U of Minnesota has established a new listserv for teachers of Italian. We hope this will increase the ways that Italian teachers around North America and throughout the world can share resources and communicate with each other. Our other teachers' lists have discussions, for example, about how to say things in the target language (newer technology is always interesting), funding opportunities, job announcements, conferences, sharable material, new publications. The discussions are determined by the subscribers. To subscribe to italian-t do the following:

1) send an email to listserv@lists.umn.edu

2) in the body (not the subject line) type in subscribe italian-t

You can also go to our listserv page on the CARLA website: http://www.carla.umn.edu/lctl/resources/listservs.html and click on italian-t. You will be asked to verify that you indeed intend to subscribe, then you'll get confirmation and information about how to post messages. By all means tell any colleagues who have an interest in Italian language teaching and learning about the new list and how to subscribe. The list is available to the general public, un-moderated (to start with), and only subscribers can post messages. Let me know if you have questions or problems subscribing.
