TitleFunding Opportunity: German Teachers and Assistants
Body
Brush up your German!

The Goethe-Institut is offering teachers of German and university TA's (teaching assistants) in German an opportunity to improve and hone their German language skills with a 4-week language course stipend from now through January 2006. Stipends include all course fees, lodging and per diem costs; airfare and travel costs not included. Registration should be completed as soon as possible.

Employed teachers of German need only fill out the application form; university (graduate-level) TA's in German must also submit a letter of recommendation from a professor or counsellor in the department.

For online information and detailed description of our courses and locations, please visit our web site at http://www.goethe.de/germany.

If you are interested in an application - and have not received a Goethe-Institut stipend in the last four years, please contact Language@newyork.goethe.org for stipend information and to receive an application packet.

This is a wonderful opportunity not to be missed.
