Body | This week's edition of OELA Newsline featured two articles highlighting programs in the Pacific Northwest which aid non-native English speakers. Joining the growing number of bilingual programs in the Northwest, Maya Angelou Elementary School pairs students with different native languages, allowing each to take on the role of teacher.
