| Body | From: http://www.ncela.gwu.edu/enews/2005/0524.htm#BilingualEducation Bilingual Education Student Scholarship Chino Valley, CA Chino Valley's (CA) chapter of the California Association for Bilingual Education is soliciting essays from bilingual high school seniors for its annual scholarship. Seniors speaking at least two languages from Don Lugo, Chino, Chino Hills, Boys Republic, Buena Vista and Ayala high schools with a 2.0 grade-point average are eligible. A 500-word essay about how the student would use language skills to improve the world, accompanied by official transcripts, a recent progress report, and three letters of reference including one from a current teacher are due with an application form by May 31, 2005.
