| Body | Shakopee Sr. High School in Shakopee Minnesota is seeking a full time long-term sub for most of the 2005/2006 school year. The current teacher will be going on maternity leave. The position will run from approximately November 1 to the end of the year, but could start sooner. Currently, Shakopee has 125 students enrolled in German in grades 10-12. The program will consist of 1 section of German I and III, two sections of German II and a combined advanced III and IV class. We use the Komm Mit! series and Kaleidoskop for our advanced German III and IV class. We have been a GAPP school for 20 years and next year will be our exchange year. The current teacher will be able to help with every step of the process! In addition, we have an extremely supportive World Language Department who will be helping with the exchange. The district will provide full benefits and pay can be based on experience and education.
