| Body | Manhasset is an affluent district on the north shore of Long Island. It is easily accessible by train from New York City. Our high school has approximately 800 students. The students are highly motivated and successful and the community is extremely invested in the success of the youngsters. We are seeking a well qualified Latin teacher for a full-time tenure-track position to teach Level I through V. The candidate should be proficient in Latin with a strong background in Roman history and culture. Also required is the energy and enthusiasm to foster an already strong Latin program. The successful candidate must have New York State Certification.
