| Body | The Oregon International Council (OIC), in cooperation with the Confederation in Oregon for Language Teaching (COFLT), announces the eleventh year of its Spanish Seminar for Teachers in Mexico. This four-week Spanish language course in Puebla, Mexico, combines 80 hours of Spanish, emphasizing oral skills, with 20 hours of language-teaching methodology led by Oregon master-teacher Anne Mueller.
