| Body | From: "FLTEACH" SPANISH POSITION Brock University The Department of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures invites applications for a 12-month appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor in Hispanic Studies. The position will commence 1 July 2003, subject to budgetary approval. The successful candidate will have completed a PhD in Hispanic Studies (Literature or Linguistics) with research expertise in Latin America or Iberian Topics. Publications in the field of interest, native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese, and language teaching experience in Spanish and/or Portuguese are also required. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in language, literature and culture.
