Happy February! This month we will focus on pragmatics in the workplace. In other words, we will consider the intercultural and interpersonal factors that affect how one communicates and interprets meaning in various workplace contexts.

Today’s highlighted videos (IPIC Overview and IPIC in Practice) and Activity of the Week provide an introduction to pragmatics through the Intercultural, Pragmatic, Interactional Competence model (IPIC).
