| Body | Dear French and Spanish Teachers, Here are two ideas for spending part of your summer improving your language and teaching skills in two wonderful places. The University of Washington through UW Educational Outreach will offer two intensive summer institutes for French and Spanish teachers in July and August. Both offer 6 credits of French or Spanish at the 400 level. Here are the web sites: http://www.outreach.washington.edu/k12/spanish For Guatemala. You'll be interested to know that fares to Latin America this year are very good--around $450 for a round trip. In fact, Council Travel in Seattle now has a round-trip Seattle-Guatemala City fare for $200.
