iOS has one of the most powerful screen readers available. Hoever, it is important to remember to enable multilingual support when providing materials electronically for a language class. This article discusses common pitfalls that may come up against when using a screen reader with multilingual content along with several solutions to issues. It also outlines several ways for content creators to properly mark multilingual content so that screen readers can automatically switch between languages and use the proper pronunciation.
