Alex DeCoteau, an enrolled member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, is the first instructor to offer an Ojibwe language class at Minot State. He hopes to raise awareness of the importance of indigenous languages and to promote increased learning of the Ojibwe language via his online course.
