An Indianapolis high school study abroad program, Thrival Academy, will reopen this year after a year-long hiatus, this time as a full-fledged innovative high school. The program will send juniors to the Dominican Republic where they will have the opportunity to put their Spanish language skills into use. By creating an independent high school, Thrival hopes to foster a program that makes study abroad a seamless and natural part of a secondary education.
