Title | 100,000 Students Earned the Seal of Biliteracy, But They’re in a Handful of States |

A new study has been released showing that 100,000 students have earned the Seal of Biliteracy; however, 86% of those students were only from five states: California, North Carolina, Illinois, Virginia, and New Jersey. These results point to the fact that while the Seal of Biliteracy has been implemented in almost every state, it still requires extensive work as a program to reach as many students as possible.
