TitleClassics Everywhere Initiative for New Audiences
Body

From https://classicalstudies.org

Are you currently organizing, or interested in organizing, events and programs on classical antiquity and its legacy that reach beyond the curricula of schools, colleges, and universities? Are you interested in bringing the appreciation and critical discussion of the Greco-Roman world to new audiences?

The new Classics Everywhere initiative, recently launched by the SCS, supports projects that seek to introduce and engage communities all over the US with the worlds of Greek and Roman antiquity in new and meaningful ways. During the first round of applications, the SCS funded 13 projects, ranging from performances and a cinema series to educational programs and inter-institutional collaborations.

The next round of applications for Classics Everywhere are due by October 15, 2019. There are two deadlines in 2020, February 14 and May 15 2020.
