Body

From https://linguistlist.org/issues/30/30-2958.html

This special issue of Critical Multilingualism Studies welcomes contributions that provide a broad, critical review on theoretical, empirical, and/or pedagogical issues associated with the role of regional linguistic variation in FL studies. Contributions may focus on - but are not restricted to - some of the following questions: What are current theoretical and pedagogical approaches as well as empirical insights concerning regional variation in FL teaching and learning? What social, political, economic, and/or pedagogical arguments, concerns, or norms favor certain varieties over others? What are the implications of non-monocentric views on language for FL teaching and learning, teacher education and training, curricular goals and assessment, language policy and planning, etc.?

The deadline for receipt of statements of interest is September 30, 2019.
