| Body | The ACTFL Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Languages (AAPPL) will be available for American Sign Language (ASL), starting in the fall 2020. The AAPPL ASL will assess students' language performance and progress towards proficiency in two modes of communication: Interpersonal and Comprehension. The AAPPL ASL will be available for students in fifth- through 12th-grades and target the proficiency range of Novice to Advanced Low. |
