Awad Awad (Arabic Faculty at University of North Georgia, Director of Programs at the Alif Institute in Atlanta), Zainab Al-Qasiri (program coordinator at Alif) and Alta Schwartz (Interim Executive Director at Alif) have created and shared this beautiful set of slides describing and explaining traditions, etiquette, and various instances of Ramadan across the Arab world. You can use it with beginning Arabic classes as a cultural enrichment or share it with other classes who don't know any Arabic. Shukran to these educators for this great resource!
