| Body | From: "Carmen (Lizy) Lamboy" To: Greetings, I e-mailed ERIC Clearinghouse, and someone there provided me with this listserv as a possible contact. I am planning to begin a new job as Director of Curriculum and Faculty Development at an institution of Higher Education that is thinking of opening a totally Bilingual Accelerated Learning Program. As I have carried out research it seems that the model that most closely resembles what we want to do is Two-Way Immersion. I haven't been successful in finding anything related to Two-Way immersion Model in the field of adult education. I was wondering if anyone knew anyone that could provide me with additional information, and or guidance on this model. Though I have read many papers on this model, I still would like to read something about the specific processes followed in each classroom and specifically if there has been anything carried out in higher education. I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks |
