The ECOLT 2019 conference will be held Friday, September 13 and Saturday, September 14, 2019, at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. 

The CUALHE 2019 conference will be hosted Saturday, September 14 and Sunday, September 15 immediately following the ECOLT conference at Georgetown University.

The East Coast Organization of Language Testers welcomes proposals from colleagues in academia and education, government, and for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. ECOLT encourages students, researchers, test developers and teachers to present papers or posters on projects related to language testing. 

The deadline for proposals is May 5, 2019. Submit a proposal at https://sites.google.com/view/ecolt/ecolt-2019/call-for-papers?authuser=0

The Consortium on Useful Assessment in Languages and Humanities Education is seeking proposals for paper presentations and posters on one of the following two strands: Assessment of academic literacy (reading/writing) across the curriculum, and Standards-based learning outcomes. CUALHE 2019 will also consider proposals that do not fit into these strands.
